The torque specs are the same as with any Evolution engine. The compensator sprocket 150-165 foot pounds.
Clutch hub nut (left handed threads) 60-80 foot pounds.

Use Loctite 271 on threads. Two lines in nut on Compensator and one line in clutch hub nut.

1988 FLHTC E-Glide. What is the torque spec for the 4 bolts holding the clutch assembly (diaphragm spring, friction and steel plates) to the clutch basket??

Hi Thomas, it's 8 ft lbs. but there are three different settings on the clutch adjustment plate. Since you have an old bike try the "B" setting first, the end result you are looking for is the pressure plate to be as flat as possible not convex or concave. Tighten bolts in a criss cross pattern in increments. I am extremely knowledgeable and experienced on this old stuff if you have any other questions contact me at: xlch@mail.com and good luck.
