Question about Aprilia Scarabeo 125 Motorcycles
This is likely a gummed up carb or jet.
The engine dies under load... You can try carb cleaner - but it will need to be torn down to clean properly.
Check the fuel filter as well. It may be clogged up with varnish from sitting gas.
Try to run the scooter about once a month - and use fuel stabilizer to minimize re-contamination.
