Hi, Gaurav and the usual suspects are:

2. Damaged or restricted fuel tank venting system.
3. Intake system air leak.

5. Pinholes or torn diaphragm.
6. Accelerator pump leaking or no output.
7. Plugged bowl vent or overflow.
8. Fuel level in bowl too low.
9. Restricted fuel supply passages.
10. Plugged jets or passages.
11. Worn or damaged needle or needle jet.

Gladiator ref is not cooling properly

Check to see if there is cold air coming from the freezer to the refridgerator side through the vent holes The compressor maybe getting weak or the freon charge maybe low. Does the unit run a long time before it shuts off? 50 degrees is not cold enough for a freezer. You should be around 32 or less.

I need to charge the battery, where is it and how do I remove it? It is a 2004 'zuma' scooter, please ignore the 'model' selected below, I couldn't find a selection for scooters.

It is either under the seat or behind the panel situated behind where your feet would be in the riding position. (which is under the seat too but accessible from the lower panel). you will need a 12v battery charger if you dont have 1 take the battery to a mechanic leave it with him overnight & if he charges you for it, he's a rouge & dont go back to him again

Battery size (volts) gas to oil mixture

12V battery 40:1 to 50:1 two-stroke ratio, but you shouldn't need to worry about that - it has automatic two-stroke injection.

Gladiator chain problem

I hate to give you the bad news but it is not likely the damaged sprocket is under warranty. The sprocket was not bent when it left the showroom floor and Yamaha Corporation has no control where and how you drive.

Chains should run true and not be forced to move side to side to fit a bent sprocket. The sprockets are hardened steel. It is not a good idea to bend them back and forth.

You didn't say which sprocket had the problem. A front sprocket will cost around $30 and a rear sprocket will cost around $60. Installation will also cost unless you do it yourself.

Please rate this solution. Thanks!
