Question about 2005 Suzuki RM-Z 450
I had the same problem with my RMZ450 2008 + last week, I heard a strange noise from my motor and it didn't restart after stopping it on the side of the track, We opened the fly wheel case and saw that it was damaged. Because of the small metal parts everywhere, I decided to open the motor to clean it very well and I found a screw that is use to keep the crankshaft bearing in place in the case broken, 1/2 of the head of the screw was gone and I think that this metal parts cause flywheel damage. My bike has 33 hours and has been remounted last night, first test this weekend
Your bottom end is severly damaged and you need to have it rebuilt. sorry this is what happens when things get loose in there.
