Hi, Norma fuse and circuit breaker location are as follows:
Sportster-Underneath the seat or behind the left side panel or inside the headlight.
Softail-Underneath the seat behind the battery or under the speedometer housing.
Dyna-Behind the left side panel.
Touring-Under speedometer housing or left/right side panel.
Any under speedometer housings reference pertains to early model circuit breakers.
