Hi, Bhagwan the vast majority of service, parts, and owners manuals on the internet are "FREE" to download and all service manuals contain wiring diagrams in the back pages. The rest usually charge a modest fee around $10 sometimes more and there is a handful of obscure, rare, obsolete, and very old models that are no longer or never were available, then there is eBay where you may be able to find what you need at a very high price because of its age and rarity. Most of the "FREE" manuals will cover your exact make, model, and year otherwise one will be provided that comes as close as possible to your bike and will have most of the same info that an exact manual would have.
To download your manual please click on the blue links below. Good luck and have a wonderful day.

Hi,
a 6ya expert can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.
best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repairmen in the US.
the service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of (from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones).
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.
goodluck!

My sons friend has a Suzuki AX 100. It is leaking oil from a small peace of rubber pipe comming out of the left side of the cranck case just above the chain sprocket inside the left cover.

This is to lubricate the chain and the sprocket. If the leak is much then it may be due to excess engine oil poured into the system. Please check the oil level. If in excess then drain some.

What are the gears on the ax 100 i cant remember please help as i cant drive i forget the gears thanks

The standard shift pattern is "one down-four up" with neutral between 1st and 2nd gear. Your bike may only have four gears. Please rate my answer. Thanks. tombones49_113.gif

Havig trouble starting my suzuki scotter 1991 49 cc in the mornings

Change the spark plug and HT lead. If the engine is cranking slowly, change the battery.

These things will fix your problem.

Vote for me please :)

The front brakes on my suzuki ax 100 are seized, how do i free them, im a car mechanic and dont no much about bikes, its been parked for a year hense stiff brakes, any sujestions are much appreciated

TRY REMOVING THE BRAKE CABLE AND SOAKING IT IN AN OIL BATH OVERNIGHT.
IF U CAN DO THE SAME TO THE WORKINGS OR SPRAY WD40 ETC THIS WILL UN STICK THE WORKINGS.
HOPE THIS HELPS.
BEFORE OILING GIVE IT A GOOD CLEAN WITH PETROL OR GUNK.
