It will still have a needle and seat and the control instead of a float , will be a diaphragm
if that is the case the diaphragm will need replacing

I have a 03 Yamaha 660 raptor one of the carbs

Did you reset (adjust)the float inthe float chamber to tht carburator which is leaking ?
You will probabley have to adjust tht float to stop from overflowing in other words we call it flooding.
Check the float pin of wear at the tip.
Hope this helps!

Have an 86 yamaha maxim 700 dont think the carbs are original and need parts carbs are off and have carb no.

Well, easiest is go to wrecker get the orig carb and installed it. Can also Google the part and see who has it else go to eBay and scour, perhaps somebody somewhere has them.
