My lawn edger model LE750, 2.25 HP electric, won't start. Took it to a few repair places but they don't fix electrical items. Do you have a manual which would allow me to take it apart and fix the problem? Thank you! Sebastian Caliri [email protected]

I would first take a meter and test that the battery actually charged. If that tests out fine ( should read at about 12.8 to 13.5 Vdc), I would then check all the wired connections to make sure they did not come loose.

• #1 - Change Fuel Filter
• #2 - change or clean Spark Arrestor
• #3 - Change or clean Spark Plug
• #4 - Clean carburetor

Order of importance, Start at #1 and work forward.

Have your mechanic set your intake/exhaust valves at .004 when piston is 1/4 inch past top dead center on compression stroke.

go to your nearest tool rentall place they might have a book or beable to guide u inn the direction of finding one

I went to www.ryobipower.co.uk, I was ynable to find a lawn hornet on the website. But you may have better luck because in the states we do not have lawn hornets.

Go to www.searspartsdirect.com. Put your model in, it will bring up a parts list and diagrams. I went there and did not see a schematic for wiring. However they did show a part number for a complete wiring harness. Hope it helps.

switch is gone there is a spring inside the switch probably get a new switch

If it's electric, you probably cut the wire internally by kinking it or stretching the iwre beyond it'd capability.

We took it to the place where we purchased the replacement part and they took the part off.  I didn't see him do it, but apparently, it was missing a pin to hold the shaft so the top could be screwed off.  It took him about 15 minutes, so it wasn't an simple fix.  No charge.  Nice guy.
