Baggage fees are assessed per one-way flight. For Blue fares, the first checked bag fee is $20 when purchased during web check-in or at a kiosk, or $25 at the check-in counter and the second checked bag is $35. For Blue Plus fares, one checked bag is included and the second checked bag fee is $35.

Can you take bottles of alcohol in your carry on luggage or checked luggage

Carry on is OK, but must meet the TSA standards, same as all other carry on liquids. 3 ounces or less.

Checked is also OK, no limits, but pack securely to avoid breakage and pilfering by baggage handlers.

Do I need to buy a luggage scales? My luggage overweight frequently.

It is often you may carry a lot of things in your luggage and thus when you are checking in at the airport, you have to weigh your luggage. If the luggage is overweight then one has to pay some extra money for it. So it is advisable that you would better buy luggage scales and weigh your baggage before going to the airport. This can help people save a lot of money and also help you in carrying the baggage easily.

European countries The EU rules apply if you are travelling from any airport within the EU, including the UK, and if you are travelling from Albania, Croatia, Iceland, India, Kenya, Kosovo, Norway, Pakistan, Russia, Serbia, Turkey, Switzerland and Ukraine, irrespective of your destination.
