What wires do i need to hook up to my touchscreen deck and the rest of factory wires, some are clear heavy gage wiring thats runing in factory harness to where stock stereo would plug in, need to know what wiring goes to what and does it have a factory amp in 88, if so how do i bypass it to hook up aftermarket one. Thanks
Just get a wiring harness from ebay or amazon, Best Buy, or even Walmart. 7-12 bucks or so. Here's a link to one on Amazon.

As for the amps, I'm not sure if the 88s had them or not but I would just run new wires from the head unit to whatever speakers you are going to use. Although the factory wires can be used. Once you plug in the harness you will know by the color coding of the harness which wires go to which speaker + and - If you have an amps, just locate them and cut the wires going IN to the amps and then splice or solder in a new piece of wire to the corresponding wire and then hook up your speakers as you normally would.
Might be able to get an adaptor that plugs straight in painlessly.
Failing that it's the standard trace and identify method that eats time like crazy.
