Exactly what is wrong with the shifter? Is the bike stuck in first gear? Are you asking how to replace a gear in the transmission? What is your question?

what about it? go from first pull the clutch and press your foot up a notch and you got it.

Sump oil

You can run Motor Oil in the Tranny or we run Automatic Transmission Oil in ours and we change it alot. We also run Lucas 2 Stroke Oil at 40:1. We run our Banshee and Yamaha Dirt Bikes on that also. Hope this helps.

My rm 125 is jumping out of gear?

Do you "kick shift" a lot? (shift at high rpm without the clutch) or did the gear box run low on oil at any point that you know of? If so the syncros in the gear box may be worn. Probably not a do it yourself fix, unless you are familiar with this.
Good luck. Please rate, thanks.

1996 rm 125 has clutch problems. The quater inch play does not work, new cable, aftermarket clutch with springs, fibers, steele.

Did you check the main crank drive gear i had a 96 rm 125 with that problem. Its a cheap fix if thats the case but the only problem is that the engine needs to removed and the case needs to be be split. If thats not the problem with the case split it should be ovious.
