Question about 2003 Suzuki RM 125
I've got everything taken off of the bottom end that needs to be taken off to get the motor apart. The problem is when I try to split it in half I can only get it apart about an inch. Any suggestions on what would be causing this would be a great benefit. Thanks
Crankshaft bearings, they are a press fit, you need to fab, a puller. You may can use a steering wheel puller. bolt it to the side case and use the bolt to press the crank thru. Ck for and circ. clips on the shaft also.

There may still be something that needs to be removed from the sides. check again. if all clear, close and pull open quickly several times to pop it off
