From your description, i would sugest you make sure fuel is getting to the injector unit, remove the fuel supply hose.if you have spark at the plugs and fuel getting to the injectors you have isolated the problem. i would also drain the old fuel when you take the hose off and fill the tank with high grade fuel. bikes dont like old gas.

Hi Anonymous, and the usual suspects are:
1.Ignition/Light Key Switch not in IGNITION position.
2.Engine Stop switch in the OFF position.
3.Discharged battery, loose or corroded connections (solenoid chatters).
4. Bank Angle Sensor tripped and Ignition/Light Key Switch not cycled to Off and then back to Ignition

Hi I have Hyosung GT250 EFI, I am having trouble with it starts fine runs fine for a while but after 5 or 6 Kms when I stop on traffic light RPM Drops and Engine goes off and some time speedo meter goes...

Hello, sorry to hear you are having trouble with your bike. There are a few things that can cause the problem you are experiencing but since the Speedo is changing modes I would suspect that your system voltage is dropping below its normal value. I would begin by making sure that your battery is fully charged and that your charging system is putting out its rated voltage. To do this take a volt meter and check the voltage across the positive and negative of the battery terminals with the ignition switch "off" you should see about 12.5 volts. Check the battery with the ignition switch "on" and see that the voltage remains about the same. If that checks out ok then start the bike and with the with the engine running you should see at least 13.5 volts. If the battery and charging system check ok then there may be a problem with a control module or sensor which will require further trouble shooting. One thing you can do to reset the control module in most cases is to disconnect the battery and let the bike sit for 30 min. Next reconnect the battery and check for faults. Good luck! Hi, Anonymous and the usual suspects are:
1. Ignition Switch not in the "ON" position.
2. Engine Run Switch in the "OFF" position.
3. Discharged battery, needs to be 12.5 volts or better and be able to pass a load test if necessary.
4. Check the battery terminals for damage or corrosion check the battery cables at "BOTH" ends for loose, corroded, or broken connectors, "INSIDE" and outside the cable harness, perform connector wiggle test and check cables with an ohmmeter if necessary.
5. Tip over sensor needs a reset.
6. Faulty ignition switch.
7. Faulty starter button.
8. Faulty kickstand or clutch pull in switch/sensor.

06 harley electra glide doesnt start

Hi, Anonymous before testing any electrical component in the Starting System it is "IMPERATIVE" that you have a fully charged battery of 12.5 volts or more and be able to pass a proper "LOAD" test if necessary, you may have a preliminary reading of 12.5 volts or more but little or zero amperage, the battery is faulty and must be replaced. AGM type batteries fall into this scenario more so than lead acid batteries.
1. Ignition Switch not in the "ON" position.
2. Engine Run Switch in the "OFF" position.
3. Check the battery terminals for damage or corrosion check the battery cables at "BOTH" ends for loose, corroded, or broken connectors, "INSIDE" and outside the cable harness, perform connector wiggle test and check cables with an ohmmeter.
4. Bank angle sensor needs a reset or is faulty.
5. FOB battery low or dead.
6. Faulty ignition switch.
7. Faulty starter button.
8. Faulty kickstand, clutch, neutral safety switch.
9. Security alarm needs a reset.
10. Starter relay, solenoid, starter motor or circuit wiring faulty.
11. Starter armature or field coils have failed.
12. Main fuse or circuit breaker may be blown or faulty.
13. Faulty ignition relay.
14. The electric starter is working but starter clutch has failed.
15. Check for engine trouble codes.

Yamaha XT 125 R Fuse Keeps Blowing

The most likely problem is a a short circuit in the ignition barrel. It would give all of the symptoms you are experiencing. Although the speedo may have an internal short as well. The ignition barrel is just a tube with switches in it, it controls the power distribution for your entire bike.

More likely to be your ignition coils. They heat up and expand this can cause an open circuit which will close up again when it has cooled down. Although, a bad charging system may cause this problem. Check the battery voltage with engine switched off ( approx 12 volts) and with the engine running (approx 14 volts) If you are getting 14 volts then your battery is dead, if you aren't, then your charging system has a fault.
