Hi. You can only get a free installer of Adobe Photoshop CS4 as a 30-day tryout via the Adobe website. I wouldn't recommend the other sites which offer free full Adobe Photoshop download as they are most likely illegal.

There are a couple of steps you will need to do to install flash
1. Uninstall any old or already installed version of flash on the computer. http://download.macromedia.com/pub/flashplayer/current/uninstall_flash_player.exe You can also run this if you don’t have flash or are not sure.
2. Restart the computer
3. Download the stand alone installer from http://fpdownload.macromedia.com/get/flashplayer/current/licensing/win/install_flash_player_10_active_x.exe and save it to the computer desktop
4. CLOSE Internet Explorer if is open (IMPORTANT)
5. Install the downloaded file install_flash_player_10_active_x.exe from the desktop.

Flash should not be working

adobe is generally only for files that end in ".pdf" for a ".exe" file you really should always be able to just double click it with your left mouse button.

and yes, install.exe is the correct file to get things going if they don't start automatically.

Find the setup.exe in the PM folder on the CD, right click and "Run As Administrator"

yes you can uninstall adobe 7 from control panel->add remove programs.

uninstall the old version and then try.

Go to the PM folder on the CD, right click setup.exe and "Run as Administrator"
