Question about Lil' Rider tm Harley Style Wild Child Motorcycle - Black

1 Answer

After 1 week of use, the motorcycle only works intermittently. The pedal will be depressed and nothing happens. Battery is fully charged.

If you cycle the on/off switch a couple times, it may work for 10-15 seconds before dying again. The sounds buttons do not work either.

Hi, Tami for this situation I would call my local dealer or reputable shop's service/parts department and inquire about any possible quick fix, answers, or parts inquiry. Good luck and have a nice day.

My Husquvarna LT4140G ride on mower does not start but battery is fully charged. Is there an isolating switch?

I am assuming that the engine does not turn over...

Sequence is....
Make sure that it is in neutral.
You are sat on the seat.
The brake pedal is fully depressed.

If it still won't start...
It could be the ignition switch
Seat isolation switch
Brake isolation switch
Gear selector isolation switch
(The isolation switches are linked)

If the engine turns over or at least tries then it is either battery, ignition or fuel.

Why does nothing happen when I turn the key on my Troy Bilt Tractor? It worked last week, then tried this week and nothing.

IS there a switch in the drivers seat? Some have kill switches so if the driver gets up, it shuts down.

I have a Power Wheels camo brute force that we got for my son 2 Christmases ago, today I noticed it is not working at all, nothing happens when the pedal is depressed on either of the 3 modes. The battery...

check for a shorted switch under the pedal , its just an on and off momentary switch, so just run a jumper wire between the 2 contacts, and if it runs, replace the switch , if it doesn't, use a meter to make sure the switch is actually getting power to it

Hi Tim,

When you turn the key,
  • is the brake pedal fully depressed?
  • Is your full weight on the seat?
  • Are the blades disengaged?
  • Are you sure the battery is charged
Try these out..

Best regards

Does not run when I push the pedal, it is brand new and has run once for 2 hours on an 18 hour charge, called PP and they told me to move the red pedal wire to the blue location (bypass) nothing happened....

OMG! The exact same situation here! Bought through Amazon, no warranty. I am so bummed. It was rode 5 times by a five year old on flat ground. Now it is a brand new, non operational, made in China piece of $500- junk! I am furious!!!When you press on pedal, nothing happens, fully charged battery, etc. Volt meter even confirmed fully charged battery. What ever happened in your situation? I am so hesitant to buy other parts, or send it here, to put more money into an overpriced piece of ****. Way to ruin Christmas!

Ez-go golf cart press accelerator pedal and nothing happens

The first thing I would do is lift the seat and check the battery connections. Those batteries are notorious for corrosion at the terminals. Make sure every connection is clean and solid, as in no loose, corroded or frayed battery cables. Next, if the batteries check out, toggle the run/tow switch, also under the seat to make sure it is fully engaged into the run position, and finally check the forward/reverse lever to make sure the connections are clean and tight.

No power supply to gearbox

It has a thermal fuse. Depress the gas pedal for 25 seconds and try it then
