SOURCE: 2006 Suzuki Boulevard C50 engine dies

Even though you probably don't have that many miles on the bike, or if you do have a lot riding time on it, it sounds to me like you need a valve adjustment. That's a high reving bike for that engine that works pretty hard so you might have 1 - 3 loose valves.

SOURCE: Horn Doesn't work

Remove the leads that connect to the horn. Then, using a spare set of jumper wires, connect the horn directly to the battery. If the horn sounds, check the switch. If the horn does not sound, replace the horn.

Turn key on turn kill switch to on position i hear fuel pump pull clutch in then hit starter button only a whirring sound not clicking and wont start has a new battery Suzuki boulevard c109rt

Hi, Kurt the starter drive/Bendix is a mechanical gear driven component that engages the clutch pack ring gear to turn over the engine. It has an internal mechanism that allows the gear to turn in one direction and once the engine starts allows the drive gear to free spin. If gear free spins in both directions then the drive gear has failed it is not serviceable and needs to be replaced. Battery is dead or no capacity. Check charge. A battery can read correct voltage but have no capacity. battery should be 13.8 volts fully charged approximately.
