Why does turning on the A/C kill the engine?

Not sure how you put a battery in your AC, first time I've ever heard of a car AC having a battery.
Your AC may need "recharging", but that has nothing to do with a battery. A/C systems are filled with a liquid/gas "freon". When it leaks out, the A/C stops working, and can put a heavier load on the engine. Perhaps it was over filled? That could make the compressor very hard for the engine to turn.

Need to know if I can put a Kia Sephia engine in

For a direct bolt in swap, it needs to be the same chassis/frame, not body. Otherwise you'll need to find a swap kit to put it into anything else. Or make your own mounts like I do. I put a 383 small block High Performance engine I built into a 1974 AMC Javeline AMX and OMG is this baby a supercar. I made my own motor mounts out of steel plates welded together and bolted solid to engine and frame.

1998 honda civic. car wouldn't start. thinking need gas. get gas. prime throttle body (maybe a little too much accidently) however, waited a day.(battery was dying from all the attempted starting. put an...

The only matter there should be in the throttle body is air. The throttle body in no way has anything other than "nothing" in it. The liquid you see could be the gasoline you threw into the throttle body.

Getting back to your problem. Do NOT have someone looking down the throttle body while you are trying to start the engine. That person may receive a haircut he will never forget! Get the battery charged. Try to start the engine because even though you think you put too much gas in the throttle body, it may start.

The tricky part. If the engine starts and runs for a few seconds, then you are having a problem with fuel delivery and that is the fuel pump most of the time but not always.. If it does not start at all, try one more time to pour gasoline into the throttle body, hold your foot about 1/2 way down on the pedal and then try again to start it. If it still doesn't start, it's time to check for spark.

The reduce engine power plus service engine soon light comes on had throttle body replaced and codes cleared problems still exist.

the problem is usually find is a broken wire in the harness near the throttle body leading to the throttle body connector, most of the time the wire won't look broken but when you put tension on it then the sheathing will break. most of the time it is the yellow wire. it is a very common problem on these, and I see alot of un needed throttle body replacements

I want to know if a 1996 and a 1998 saturn is interchangable body and motor wise

most all body and interior parts will interchange 96-99. engine however is different, you can put a SOHC engine into another car made for SOHC. you cannot put a DOHC engine into a saturn made for the SOHC engine or vice versa. the transmissions have different gear ratios. and the engines changed between 98 and 99 so you may have some problems swapping between those years.

Ford mustang 2003. Car won't turn over. Lights come. but won't start.

I had a problem like this with a mustang before. My problem ended up being a bad ground from the body to the engine. If this is your problem you can take a set of jumper cables to find out. Just connect one end of the cable to a good ground on the body then connect the other end to a good ground on the engine. If it starts when you do this you will need to put on a new body ground. Ground must be from the body to the engine NOT the negitive on the battery. Hope this helps good luck

I'm not getting fuel or spark and the inertia switch is not tripped

you can check for your fuel system, put the key in mar position and feel some noise from fuel tank, if noise is there then fuel system is workin, and after taht remove one high tensin cable from spark plug and crank the eng before cranking put one screw driver inthat open cable while cranking you will find somr rays coming out from screw driver to body of the engine hold it 5 cm away from engine body,(DONT KEEP ANY PART OF YOUR BODY TOUCHED TO THE SCREW DRIVER OR CAR WITHOUT INSULATOR).thanks.
