2004 Honda, 1100 Shadow Spirit, starts fine, ideals fine, but when I put it in gear it dies

Hi, David_rebeka and the usual suspects are:
1. Faulty wiring to any safety switch.
2. Safety switches loose at the mounting point.
3. Faulty kickstand safety switch.
4. Failed kickstand safety switch circuit diode.
5. Stretched side stand spring.
6. Side stand not coming up far enough to disengage switch.
7. Faulty clutch lever safety switch.
8. Faulty neutral safety switch.
9. Clutch not properly adjusted.
10. Clutch plates sticking, forward lurch

2001 Honda Shadow 1100, I put the kickstand down while on slight grade, front brake on,clutch pulled on and now it will not start. riddle me this.

You may be low on fuel, and none is reaching the fuel valve, but a more likely answer is that the bike may not be properly registering that it's in neutral.
There's a safety that kills the engine if it's in gear and the side stand is down.
Triple check the neutral (put it in gear and back to neutral).
Check the side stand and clutch safety switches.

I cant find my oil pressure switch on my 2000 Honda Shadow Sabre 1100. Where is it located

The oil pressure switch is located on the main crankcase/block on the bottom left side next to the neutral switch. The sender on the left/front is the neutral switch and the sender on the right is the oil pressure switch. They are probably hard to see because the left exhaust pipe is in the way.
