I have a 1985 suzuki rm80 dirt bike and I got water in oil I put a new water pump on it and just had motor rebuild it's still getting water in oil what to do

Hi, Chris I would take it back to the guy who rebuilt the motor and politely demand satisfaction for this situation I would call my local dealer or reputable shop's service/parts department and inquire about any possible quick fix, answers, or parts inquiry. If necessary transport your bike to the dealer or shop and have a professional technician take it for a test drive, if it is in running condition, and give you a written estimate of repairs and answer any specific questions you may have about your issue. I have a 1984 suzuki rm 125 it has always ran good for me. until recently it just putts and runs for maybe 20 secounds and then stalls. i tried to run start it and it kinda fired up but there was way more...

Are you mixing regular motor oil in the fuel? Doesn't this bike have a reservoir for 2-stroke oil? You must use 2-stroke oil in that reservoir. Buy it online if you can't find it locally.

I have engine coolent leaking into my clutch oil on my 1992 suzuki rm80 "its not a 03 rm 125"

Have you recently had the engine case apart? [even if not], ..check your rubber O-rings [seals]. These o-rings, located inbetween the clutch case cover and the motor itself,...if damaged, allow coolant to seep into the oil.

1983 suzuki rm 80 clutch cable problem. . . .

Hi, sounds like the friction & metal plates in the clutch are stuck together. Has the bike sat for a while? If so, the clutch might free up if you get it started, roll along and put it in first, then get through to 4-5 gear, and holding the clutch in, accelerate & back off the throttle. Sometimes this will free them up, but careful to do it somewhere large enough. If the right type & amount of oil are in the gearbox (4 stroke car or bike engine oil that doesn't have friction modifiers in it), take the oil fill plug out 7 use a light to look at the ckutch basket. If you can see it, you should be able to pull the lever and see the pressure plate move outwards slightly. Good glycol coolant should do the job, straight coolant should be fine around 500ml. Hope this helps :)

I have a 2006 rm 250 2 stroke i just noticed the pile of oil under the rear fender where the muffler blows is this caused by a bad oil fuel mixture?

You should be running a good oil at 32:1. If you are, and still get oil out of the pipe, your jetting is too rich.
