Wiring diagram for Kawasaki ZX6RR 2004 I want to

Most if not all, blinker circuits, use a standard relay, for 4 light bulbs, devided in two sub-circuits,based upon total current consumption. In other words, to have it working properly, you must always have the same Watts in all bulbs, so as for the current to be strong enough to pull the small electromagnet inside the relay, and make the tik tak. So if you just replace your front blinkers, will be a waste of money, cause either, it will not work, or if you buy the cheapest LED blinkers you can get, you will burn them. My proposal is to buy all four, LEDs, and along with them, replace your relay, with one suitable for LED blinkers. Another option is to get LED bulbs to replace the standard ones, but you got to make sure, they come at the same Watts, as the ones you already have. 99% of such bulbs, are 12Volt/21Watt.

Valves tapping

you can put some thicker oil in it, or some oil additive,, however this is not recomended, the valves need to be adjusted. They are shims adjustment, and best done by a mechanic.

there both the same bike. the one you have to look out for is the zx6rr that is the 599cc. the differences are in the engine and swing arm. no body differences. I also have a 01 zx6r!

My fi light is flashing on my zx6rr,

The flashing is a trouble code for your Fuel Injection system. The dealer should be able to read th code and tell you what problem the system is having. Then decide if you want to fix it yourself or have the dealer do it.

Lifter adjustment

IF I recall correctly, the Kawasaki valves are adjusted by shims as opposed to a lock-down screw or hydraulic lifters. The shims come in different thicknesses. As the valve parts wear, a change in shims is how the valves are adjusted.
