Have you tried checking the charger with a multi-meter? this can help to see if the charger is attempting to charge the battery (in some cases the battery could have a inline fuse to replace as well try replacing it and see if the battery takes a charge if not the battery can be replaced or in some youtube videos replaced with a car's battery to run with)
