it sounds like your batteries died out ..if you are getting the data error message, pres the clear button( the on button) to review all old data and transcribe any important info(telephone numbers etc.) then you replace the batteries and hope it keeps all old stuff... if not after the change you need top press the reset button on the back and replace any lost info....good luck

I have a casio/phonemate TA 140 answering machine but no owners/user manual. Where can I download a copy?

You need the exact model number (see the sticker on the bottom of the diary).. like SF-####

You have to press the reset button on the underside.
Note, You will lose all data!

I would suggest doing a "Reset". You will loose all your data, but at least you will be able to use it. You do a Reset by removing the bottom case, turning on the BOSS, them pressing the Reset button located inside.

HI,Im sorry i dont know the solution for this..but actually i have the model as your SF-9350 and dont know know how to operate it i mean few thing..plus i have also forgetten my secret password,can you help me out??
