Ill answer in the generic and for GAS engines. only.
that is illegal RPM, the ECU regulates it to 800 all the time
that means the ECU can not regulate the RPM now, for many reasons.
and sure it vibrates too low, that is normal for all 4cylinders to do that.
no bad engine mounts never lower RPM to 600, ever.
they dont control idle speed at all.
the #1 reason for most cars to idle too low are:
1: EGR leaks, (clean it)
2: ISC stuck closed (electric idle speed acututor dirty) clean it.
3: gross misfiring , caused by bad spark or bad fuel mix.
4: low compression on 1 or more cylinders (real low) Do compression test at WOT. throttle.

1998 harley flht 1340 carberated, vibration problem from 1300 to 1900 rpm

Hi James, and the usual suspects are:
1. Wheels and or tires unbalanced, worn or damaged.
2. Engine/transmission/vehicle not aligned properly.
3. Primary chain badly worn or links tight as a result of insufficient lubrication or misalignment.
4. Engine to transmission mounting bolts loose.
5. Upper engine mounting bracket loose.
6. Ignition timing incorrect/poorly tuned engine
7. Internal engine problem/ flywheel shift runout should be .003" max.
8. Broken frame
Good luck and have nice day.

I feel vibration on my bike even when in low speeds

Possible that the foundation of the engine is loose, the fittings are not tight, the suspension is having issues or the engine timing tuning is not perfect.
All these factors can contribute to the vibtation but the most possible fact can be due to LOW RPM of the engine. So set the IDLE RPM higher by tuning the engine so that the engine vibrates less at low RPM.

Why is my car is vibrating when i started the engine?

Hi.

Check that there is spark on all cylinder from start. A cylinder not firing when you start the engine will result in vibration. Regarding this check sparks, cables, distribution, injector pulses, camshaft position sensor and timing and other factors that may cause misfire. Do an ODBII code scanning.

Check lower engine mount. Check crankshaft position sensor. A defective sensor may result in vibration.

Regards.

I have a bad vibration on my 94 fxdlonly6 when i am slowing down or at a certain rpm but it is totally fine at a steadypace or when accelerating

Ok, the Dyna series bikes have rubber mounted engines but the mounts have a tendency to only absorb the higher frequency vibrations. When the engine is idling or running at RPM's lower than about 2000, you can feel the engine vibrations. I have a 1994 FXDWG and it does the same thing. This is normal for all engines with rubber motor mounts. However, since the bike has quite a number of years on it, it would be a good idea to check the mounts and the stabilizers to see if they might need replacement.

Good Luck

2000 Dodge Dakota vibration while driving

sound like the u-joints in the driveshaft. Lay under the truck and where the u-joints are try moving the driveshaft up and down. If it moves then the u-joints are bed. This will cause a tremendous vibration under a load and the faster it spins it will smooth out.
