Maybe you can try mobile phone transfer to help you transfer data from your old lg phone to new android phone. With its help, you can directly transfer data like contacts, text messages, call logs, photos, videos, etc between them.

For your old email, you need to sign out from here and login with you old email account
1) From your email, click on the blue circle on the right hand top
corner and then click on sign out.
2) Now you should go to the sign in page again
3) Click on "Sign in with a different account"
4) Now put in your old usename and password

create a new google account and then add this acct to your device in account settings and remove old one.

You need the email addresses and passwords to log into those accounts. Google will be a gmail address and the icloud would be whatever email address you used for it. After that go to your g+ page for the Google account and hit photos. The icloud I couldn't tell ya don't own one.

Can you verify that it actually says you can not have a google account? I've never heard of them telling you that you can't have a google account. I have about 4 or 5. Tell me exactly what it says word for word.

I hope you are using Google Chrome browser. Just create one more Google Chrome account and set-up with your new gmail account. It will be totally independent from each other. You can create many :)

Point your web browser at http://www.gmail.com

If another account comes up, sign out of it by clicking the avatar in the upper-right then clicking "Sign out."
