Look for a small drain screw of at the bottom of each fork,this is where you drain it,Then there should be a large hex at the top where you add the correct mount,also the spring is in there so have the front end raised off the ground by setting the frame up on some blocks

Fork oil for a 1980 Honda cb 400 fork used on a trike

depending on what trike you have
ie front engine or rear vw
on the fork boots at the bottom by the drain hole
there will be a notice on how much cc to put in

Honda cb 400 super four

10w oil. Not sure on amount but you can fill it to just above the fork seal without the spring.

What colour wire goes were on Honda cb 900f ignition coil 1980 model

There are two ignition coils.1) With Black/White and Blue wires that goes to 1 & 4 cylinders2) With Black/White and Yellow wires that goes to 2& 3 cylinders

Could somebody tell me how much fork fluid is needed please? my bike is a cb900f hornet 2005. thank a lot. alex escobar.

It would take about 250cc per fork. Do not over fill as it would make less space for rebounds. Good enough?

According to Haynes, the Honda CB900C Fork capacity (filled with ATF) is 9.5 oz on the 1980 model and 9.8 oz on the 1981 model.

Lowering a '80 honda cb 400?

you can buy a lowering shock absorber at the back and you can lower the fork on front just loose the bolt then you can make it low.
