Go to the login page of your e-mail provider and then click "forgot password", it will direct you to a page where you can answer security questions to prove you own the account.

Tell them to block the account until further notice.

If you get access and do not find any major security problems (check your inbox and sent box to see what happened while you were locked out), then change the password and don't give your password to anyone again. Nobody else needs to have your password,

If any of your e-mails contain passwords, codes or account numbers for other web accounts or bank accounts or anything similar, then you need to change them all.

To use online banking you must:

1. have your bank enable online banking on their site for you and give you a login and password.
2. go to their website and login with that login and password
3. once on the site and logged in you will see your accounts, select the account and then
select the months you wish to look at

make sure you put the login and password in a safe place you can find it again and don't give it out to anyone else they will have access to your account.

you will have to go to the bank to get assistance either to reset your password or if you remember your secret password for the bank account they should be able to give you the login account no only you will have to make another password for the login for the online banking
