There should be either a helmet lock or 2 levers along top frame rails under the seat
lift seat while holsing both locks & oull seat backwards after its releaseotherwise its behind one of the plastic side covers [usually one side is battery & the other is air filter]

Suzuki dr650se immobiliser

US model Suzukis do not use the imobolizer as other markets do. However if it is truly an imobolizer problem this component is located in the ignition switch and the switch must be replaced if failed.

1999 suzuki dr650se can't start , i change the new battery and new spark plug already

How long has it been since it ran, and do you know of anything that happened or seemed different the last time it did run? Are you getting any spark? If not it could be simple as kill switch on handlebars, the kick stand safety switch, a fuse, or the cdi box. you will need to check to see if you are getting fuel and spark, if not both, you will have to do some investigating to find where you lost one or both of these.
