Question about 1998 kawasaki ZX-7R
Hi and welcome to FixYa,
On most versions, the output of the voltage regulator (white wire) is directly feed to the battery's + terminal through the main 30 Amps fuse in the starter relay. However, the regulator needs a switched +12 (usually brown wire) to go active which is fed fron the IGN switch. The other wires of the regulator are 3 yellow wires from the stator and a black / yellow to ground.
Good luck and thank you for asking FixYa.
