I have a clunc in the front fork yamaha xvs 1300 year 2007

    Clinch the front brake hard and pump the forks...could be your calipers are loose a bit. Torque them to 29 ftlb. 12mm

If the clunk happens when the forks dive check the headstock bearings are ok.

Uneven front tire wear


I would suggest that the wheel is of centre. check your preload and fork oil. you may also have a weak spring. this will allow one fork to ride higher and cause the wheel to lean to one side.
