My r6 doesnt turn fully on disengage the headlight assembly everything turns on like normal.but then it wont turn over. I just get this buzzing sound from high and low beam relays. wiring looks fine

Could be a bad ignition switch. if the system isn't getting signal it won't start.

Sounds like the calipers are not fully disengaging. Re-inspect the brakes, make sure everything is clean, then check to make sure the calipers back off when the brake is released.They wont be loose but the rotor should turn freely. Did you replace the rotors or have them turned?

You may want to check first if you have a fully charged or good battery. You may honk your horn or test the headlight. If battery is ok then you might need to test the ignition system. Turn on your headlights and try to turn the key to start position. Your headlight should go dim. If nothing happens then the problem is the ignition assembly.

on my kawasaki the headlight is run off the stator maybe yours is too, check it for continuity

check once more the front turn bulbs, connections, fuse if front and rear have a separate one. Once you connect the front turn signal, blinking frequency should normalize.

this is normal for an r6. the lights are set up as endurance lights from the factory
