On a 1995 Road King the passing lights are sealed beams and are secured by a band. Look for a small screw holding the band together at the bottom of the light. Remove the screw, spread the band enough to remove it, and replace the sealed beam.

High beam passing lights

Hi Razorsedgesf, sounds like you have a faulty high beam element in your headlite bulb. Your passing lamps are suppose to turn off when your high beam is activated so as not to blind oncoming traffic. Good luck

Remove headlamp door on 2003 Road king

The head lamp door has a "hinge" at the top and a screw at the bottom. Once the screw is out pull out on the bottom a little, swing it up/out slightly and then lift straight up. It snaps into place so you may have to lightly pry on the bottom (where the screw hole is).
The "hinge" is a wire loop that fits into a slot on top of the housing and supplies the spring tension to latch the door.

Light mounting under head light is loose how do i tighten lights atatched to blinker light

so you want to tighten your own front signal on an FL model with spot lights. You'll need to remove the turn signal from the mount below the spot lamp by taking out the 2 small allen head screws above the turn signal, 5/32 ball allen if remember correctly is the size. Then let the turn signal hang slightly by the wire. you need to modify a socket for this trick to work. You should have either a 9/16 or 5/8 deep well socket and cut the side out of the socket, now your socket simply slides over the wire to capture the nut on the end of spot lamp. Dont forget to aim the light at the same time your tightening it. Good luck and let me know how you do.
