The PCM controls the ground not the power.

I have a 1999 victory V92C. at idle it blows black smoke and runs ruff at idle and no load going down road. thanks

its running far to ritch (to much fule getting into the engine) strip cards and clean them then retune the cards up

I have a 1999 victory V92C that is blowing black smoke at idle. miss fires at idle and no load on engine. help

check that your air cleaner is clean or needs changing.also you may have a fuel mixtuer problem .try to check your jets in case they are blocked.
