It could be one of two things.If the bike has not been used for a while,the clutch plates sometimes stick together and dont let the gearbox stop spinning on the inside.The same if some of the plates are warped slightly.(from high load or excess heat)Both of these problems make it hard to get neutral.Clutch needs to be taken apart and checked.Many shops will always say the plates are warped to get the extra dollars.Make sure that they keep the old parts to give to you.

if this is happening when the foot is on the brake, then it is possible that the brake booster is leaking air and running the engine too lean.
check by idling without the foot on the brake

Draw the graphs of the functions you are interested in. While the graphs are displayed Press the Menu key. In the drop down window locate the submenu Settings (number 8 or 9) depending on your calculator

Press Y=
On the Y1 line enter the expression LOG(X+2)+LOG(X+3) by pressing
LOG ALPHA [X] ) + LOG ALPHA [X] + 3 )
On the Y2 line enter the expression 7-X by pressing
7 - ALPHA [X]
Press GRAPH to see the graph. To see where they intersect, press 2ND [CALC] 5. See "First curve?" in the lower left. Use up/down-arrow to select one of the two curves and press ENTER. See "Second curve?" in the lower left. Use up/down-arrow to select the other curve and press ENTER. See "Guess?" in the lower left. Press ENTER. The calculator will show the coordinates of the intersection.

95 eagle vision esi slips out of gear at stops

there is a limp mode but I doubt if that is the problem
It indicates that the torque converter clutch servo/solenoid is faulty
run the fault codes to confirm if that is it or a faulty TCM
check wiring around the transmission

How do you find the point intersection of ln x=-7x

Graph both lnx and -7x and then go to the graph. Once there, press 2nd then calc and scroll down to where it says "Intersect", select that, select a point on each line, and press enter and it should give you the intersection point.
