It comes up as "The VIN you entered (L5NPMSCG75TS00316) has an invalid check digit. The check digit is a value encoded into the VIN in order to protect against altering VINs illegally."

So the bike MIGHT have been stolen, and the VIN altered.

I CAN tell you from the VIN it was made in China, and the model year is 2005.

And the "7" should be a "2"

You MIGHT have misread the "2" as a "7"

IF you put the VIN into a decoder with a "2" instead, I get back that it a "2005 TAOTAO"
