My jeep is overheating when stop i change the fan relay head gasket put new radiator and keep overheating when i stop in the lights

It's easy to overlook but a bad clutch fan will cause overheating in stop & go traffic, while you're idling or out on the trail at low speeds. When you rev the motor, you should be able to hear the clutch fan 'roar' up to speed slightly behind your engine speed. It's a noticeable sound when it's fixed, but ya don't pay any attention to it if it has slowly gone bad... other than wondering why you're overheating.
CHEAP "FIX" #1: If your clutch fan is known to be bad, you can remove it and drill two small holes in it where the internal spring is located and put two sheet metal screws in to make it 'lock up' all the time. Put these 180* apart, directly across from one another to keep things balanced. Upside: .20 cents to fix. Downside: Reduced gas milage with it going all the time.
CLUTCH FAN REPLACEMENT UPGRADE: Pull out the clutch fan and use it to enhance your garage wall. Instead of putting in another clutch fan, you can free up some horsepower when you install another electric fan for primary cooling

I have clutch problems

dose the bike want to jump every time? if so check the slack in your clutch cable if you don't have it set right it won't let the clutch open all the way and then you put it in gear and more or less stop the motor with the back tire that is not turning. check that, it is something simply hope it helps

Loose clutch connector

If the clutch is slipping then yes you will have to go into the engine and replace the clutch disks and springs.
Putting a washer on the clutch cable is not a good idea it will just strech the cable and can make it brake and then you have no way to stop the motor and can hurt yourself or someone else. Go buy a repair manuel for your bike and it will help make the clutch change easyer.

Ticking when the accelerator is pressed

it may sound like the clutch but this problem has nothing to do with the clutch. these motors are notorious with machinists. The oiling system is lousy, you are most likely throwing rod #6 in the motor.
as the machinist up the street from me has noted that everyone that he has done was rod #6 being thrown.

2000 Toyota Tundra - Clutch Sticking

First - Check motor mounts - when you let off the clutch, your truck demands torque from the engine putting pressure on the motor mounts. If your motor mounts are bad, your engine will twist more then normal when release the clutch and it may pull your linkage cables tight to your accelerator. Also - you might check the spring at the throttle body and see if it is sprung or something.
