The light is on because the computer has detected a problem with your vehicle. To be honest, there are over a hundred things that turn this light on. That is why you need the computer scanned for error codes. They do it for free and they can tell you why your light is on. Hello rossilli and welcome to FixYa. The problem you are having is a glitch within the game that Activision never addressed. It most commonly happens when gunfire and explosions are going on. The PC version has the same problem but at least they have a fix as where the PS3 version does not. The good news is your disc and PS3 are fine. =D I hope you found this helpful and happy easter.
