We found the problem by taking the truck to the dealership, after spending $550.00 on parts and having everything we could remove tested or we purchased them new and replaced them. We spent two weeks on it and took it to Chevrolet but it took them three days after all we had done, the problem turned out to be the gear on the distributor, sure we replaced every part in it but because we could not get the distributor out with the intake on it we had not even considered the gear, thanks for your assistance and maybe we'll try you again next time....Thanks again.

There is no test for module in distributor, but they often cause this kind of problem. Also while in there, check the pickup coil wires to make sure they are intact.

Use a Spark tester tool to check for spark. Also, have your timing checked. If you have fuel pressure, you only need spark and compression. You can use a flathead screwdriver, touching to each injector while someone turns over the engine, and listen for a click. If you hear the injectors clicking, they are probably working alright. Test for spark, replace spark plug wires if you have spark on some wires, but not others. Replace the ignition module if no spark is present, but only after having the timing checked. If the timing is correct, you have fuel, and you have replaced the ignition module, wires, etc, you may have a failed ECU, or computer.

Car not starting or turning over indicates towards multiple possibilities.
It can be issue with battery or weak battery. But if battery checks out ok, then
it can be starter issue or faulty alternator or problem with low fuel pressure
or no spark at spark plugs due to dirty spark plugs or faulty
ignition coil or injectors getting cracked or dirty and needs to be cleaned.
To confirm the problem, the basic troubleshooting is required.
