This is a sure sign your scoot is running too lean. Try to determine if its one carb or both. check adjustments fuel & air mixture first if not its a good posibility you might have to have your carbs balanced vacuum is shared by both and your coast down may be starving in one or the other.

After hour or two car will miss, almost felt like a fuel/air issue. Then acts like transmissions gone. As I accelerate it revs and shifts. (transmission guy said its a newer tranny, not the problem).

there is a few cars that will rev like this that is the auto choke to some engines coming into play (mostly noted on a dodge 1500 v6 mag year model 2000) this is sometimes normal as the auto choke will rev the motor for a while or so before letting the motor calm down per-say as the motor is warming up

05 durango flow sensor

I have noticed that if you keep the 'A' pedal down it simply revs beyond 3K and doesn't actually accelerate. The trick is to ease off the 'A' pedal, see the rev coming down and then accelerate again. This will save fuel also. You will see it cruising at around 45 miles just above .5K rev when you do this.

Throttle position sensor problems

reduced engine power has to do with the electronic throttle control or drive by wire . All electronic wires under the dash on the gas pedal , electric motor on the throttle body . DTC'S - diagnostic trouble codes stored in the computer . Take it to the dealer .

1996 Toyota Camry idles high randomly?

Check and see if it has thrown any codes. Autozone will hook up their OBD for free. My thinking it is a sensor or a vacuum leak. Good luck.

Ih i put formula 1 exhaust on my bike does bike need to be tuned, can i still ride till i do

The shop who sold you the exhaust should have given you some indication, but if the bike starts and runs fune and revs clean through the rev range, it may not need rejetting.
hesitation, backfiring, uneven idle, hard start, can all be symptoms of incorrect jetting.
If it is lean, you can sometime diagnose this by using the choke.

High revs wants to accelerate on its own

Need to replace the cruise control module under the hood, sometimes they go nuts and cause the throttle to rev up and hang. this should be a factory safety recall. check with your local GM Dealer to see.
