If the battery has been sitting flat... it is probably now stuffed. When left flat for more than a day or 2, a problem develops where the lead plates of the battery become coated with sulphate increasing the batteries internal resistance. Whilst it may measure 12 volts, when you draw any current from it, the volts die away.
Are you able to put a 12 volt lamp across the batt and see what happens?
Do you have any electrical activity when you try to start it, clicking, lights, anything??
Let me know and we can work from there

I had my 206 on the lift and it worked fine, i was changing the oxygen sensor and started the engine several times. I had it on for a wile but suddenly it didnt start. it kranks, what can i do?

Disconnect the battery totally and get a battery charger on to it so it is back to full charge.
Leave it disconnected for 3-5 hours while it is charging and then reconnect.

While the battery is disconnected, make sure any electrical connections you played with when working on the car have been properly connected back up.

When changing electrical items on the car, including sensors, you should always disconnect the battery first,

Audi A6 (2004 estate) - installed a recharged battery and the signal/indicators stay lit, even when the car is driving, off and or locked. Is it an alarm reset issue?

Not familiar with your car, but, modern cars with computers don't take kindly to removing the battery. You should ALWAYS put a temporary battery across the posts to maintain the computer settings.
I suspect you'll have to go back to an agent to rectify this.

No response at all from power switch or the remote. will not power on. no blinking lights or anything

could be a dead remote test with a camera ie phone. look at camera on phone etc wile looking at the remote with the camera press the button if working there should be a light coming from the remote. if not the the inferred led may have gone in the remote easy to replace it is just soldered in. take batteries out of remote. there maybe a small screw in the bottom were the batteries sit. take that out. the with a flat blade on the gap between the top and bottom of the remote on the side. use a flat blade minding your hand etc wile doing this. and pop the cover off. when you have done this there is a led at the end of the remote. replace that with the same size ir red led and put back together remote should be working again.

Battery not chargeing when running and no battery light on dash at all starts when i charge but then runs flat

Could be one of three problems. Depending on the age of the battery it could just be on its way out and can't hold a charge very well, or the alternator could be on its last legs and only working half assed, or you would have an electrical component drawing down the battery wile the car is turned off. N The first two are easy to check, you can take your battery in anywhere to get it tested, along with the alternator can be tested by any mechanic. The third is not so easy to find. If you pull the terminals off of the battery one night then put them back on in the morning and the charge holds and the car starts then you have something drawing power wile the car is off. Then I say good luck, it's not easy to find the draw on the battery

You have a dead battery. Add distilled water to the battery and then charge it up. Riding the scooter regularly will keep the battery charged, but it will not re-charge a battery once it has gone so dead that the starter will not turn over. Worst possible case, buy a new battery for about $26.

Well, what I can see regardless whether it is a new or old battery, when you put it on a charger that are not automatic, it would ruin your battery elements. You can take the battery to a battery shop and have them tested it. If it is still good then do you notice a clicking (cranking sound0 when you try to start the bike? If not then check your starter solenoid as it may not power enough the starter.

It is likely the battery has gone flat again. Rechargeable batterys do go flat if not used promptly Or if you left it charging all that time -destroyed it self. Go for a new battery.
