After my 03 jeep liberty warms up to normal, the idle begins to fluctuate until it goes down to 500 rpms than wants to shut off but revs itself up to stay on, now when I am in park and rev the rpms up it...

It's not a gas pedal, it's an air pedal. Fuel injected engines are all about air flow at idle. take off the intake snorkel and check out your throttle body. You may just need a new throttle position sensor, or the Idle solenoid that regulates idle air flow is stuck. The computer will try to compensate, but it can only do so much.

Car starts fine idles fine wont rev up wants to stall if you give it gas

Could be the throttle position sensor, or low fuel pressure.

2000 monte carlo start the rpms go up and down than shuts off

This problem is commonly caused by a dirty automatic idle speed control valve and throttle valve. Buy a can of throttle valve cleaner (do not use carburetor spray cleaner!) from NAPA or Carquest (made by CRC chemicals) and spray it into the air intake while the engine is running, use up about 1/2 the can, engine will try to stall hold the speed up, shut it down and let it soak for 30 minutes, restart and blow out the remaining fluid, shut it down and disconnect the negative battery cable for 5 Min's to reset the base idle control

No. 1 carburator loads up only when idleing or low rpms clears up once you open up throttle a time or two. took it off sprayed with carb cleaner still the same problem help please. 2000 ninja 9r e1

how's the plug look, float could be stuck, or hieght not set correctly. tab on float is bent leaving the fuel needle open slightly, or check synchroization of all 4 carbs and the choke linkage to all 4 carbs. choke could be full or partially turned on for that carbs .
good luck

The motorcycles rpms rev up between switching gears. What could be the problem?

Could it be that you are not letting off the throttle when you shift? If it doesnt rev up at idle by itself there would be no reason for it to rev up between gears.

My 1990 Celica won't stay at a steady idle. It will fluctuate between 1100 and 1800 RPMs every second unless I have it in a gear driving or rev the engine past 2000 RPMs.This started after getting it back...

Here are the most common causes of idle surge, stalls at stops, slow idle speed, erratic idle speed, rough idle and engine hesitation (and other problems), it is in most cases the idle speed control air-bypass valve and or throttle valve and upper intake, these area's get full of gunk and combustion residue over the miles and cause idle issues (stalls, low idle) like yours, Get a can of intake cleaner from any local parts store, not carb spray, intake cleaner, it is made by a company called CRC, remove the air intake hose to the engine, hold the idle high so the engine won't stall, then spray the can of cleaner into the intake while keeping the engine running, use at least 1/2 the can, shut down the engine and disconnect the battery for 5 minutes, then restart and complete a number of mixed driving cycles, town, freeway, stop and go etc., after a few days the problem will go away as the system will relearn to the clean intake

I have a 2007 Ninja 250F. When I give throttle it wants to bog down and tries to shut off. I am assuming the ports and carb need to be cleaned, is there a filter anywhere I should be aware of.

Check and if necessary replace your air filter. You will find it, just follow your intake from your motor back (or check your manual for location). If this has happened after the bike has sat unridden for a while it may be a fuel related restriction.
