Question about kawasaki KLX 110 Motorcycles
Did you get my other message? Here it is again
Alright, here is the deal, these manuals are not provided free except to dealers. So here are your options, you can see if your local dealer would get you a free copy or let you borrow one. OR I have found the cheapest manual that you can get a subscription for (1 year subscription for under $25 I believe compared to paying $70+ for a manual), the subscription will give you instant online access to every spec, diagram, and everything else you need to put it back together. Just click on the following website link and let me know how this turns out.

The specs on what exactly? Doing a top end rebuild takes up about 40 pages in the manual. You can get the manual from Kawasaki, it is part number 99924-1283-03 S/M KLX110A, $59.95 and it's money well spend if you're doing your own mechanical work.

Save hours of searching online or wasting money on unnecessary repairs by talking to a 6YA Expert who can help you resolve this issue over the phone in a minute or two.
Best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repairmen in the US.
