You may have damaged the ABS sensor or wire to the sensor up front check the wire that runs from the inner finder well and make sure it connected to the ABS sensor on the spindle

I have the same model and year of vehicle, with the same warning lights. I just had it scanned and it is throwing the codes C1201 & C1275, which are for an abnormal speed wheel sensor signal and a rusted or cracked tone wheel. Each wheel has a tone wheel and sensor, and if one is corroded or cracked, it will cause your warning lights to illuminate.

2003 Hyundai Santa Fe. Driving about 10 minutes-stop at redlight and all dashboard lights come on and brakes feel locked. Have to restart ignition and then it's fine. Happened about a month ago as well....

Wiring harness runs along the left side of this vehicle between the engine compartment & the instrument panel junction box (left side under dash). damage may have occurred to this harness and no one found/noticed it.

There is no ABS brake light. Take the vehicle back to whatever service center/garage did the brake work and tell them to fix it.
