Automatic Oiler is not working on my Husquvarna 45

This usually means the oiler hole behind the bar & chain is plugged. you need to remove the bar & chain, clean the body of the chain saw in front of the sprocket/clutch assembly. look for a small hole & clean out using something like a toothpick & wd40 or penetrating oil.

Automatic oilernot working

Basics to check:
1) pick-up filter in tank clean
2) oil feed hole in bar clean
3) oil feed line from pump not cracked
4) pump worm gear and drive from under clutch (clutch removal needed)

Automatic oiler is not working

You will need to pull the chain and blade off to see if the oiler hole is plugged use a fine wire to push threw oiler hole also check that the oil cap vent is not plugged up you can blow on the top of it after you clean it, if it won't sllow air out you will need to remove the rubber gasket and clear the dirt or wood chips out of the hole then reassemble add oil start it up and rev it a few times to see if you get oil comming out.
