Just replace the relays. They are cheap!

It's simple, but not the most fun task! Just trace the wiring down and find the issue as there probably is one, it perhaps it's just a blown fuse so check there first! If no luck, but a 12V outlet online or at a local parts store and wire it up, it's just 2 wires, you've got this!

Are you getting power to the coil its self

It could be a bad stator

might have blown the powerpak or module when it shorted,did you blow fuses?

check youtube for generic valve adjusting procedures, the kodiak is like most of them.
