You were doing 260km/h. Did you use a torque wrench to assemble the engine?

Oil engine lost

Did you check the radiator? I have a feeling you are burning it at a very slight rate, at those speeds, it just burns out the exhaust unnoticed. You would have to get a compression check to see if you have some slop in the cylinders. I don't know what 100 ml, is, but I am guessing 4 oz to the tank? Try having somebody follow you and keep an eye on the exhaust in the sun light, you might be able to see a blue smoke. Hope this helps.

I rebuilt my motor on my 2002 gsxr 750 over the winter last saturday i took it out and ran fine let it sit over night and in morning wouldnt stay running and back firing and shooting flame out exhaust

Most likely cause is a fouled spark plug. Engines fresh out of overhaul often have this happen as engine oil gets past piston rings that haven't seated in yet.

Remove the spark plugs, clean or replace them. Also check for cracked, damaged, or dirty spark plug caps. This can also cause misfiring and flames shooting from the exhaust.

Sir, I own a Passion plus Bike 1996 make. 1.What would be the reason If I experience chain sounds-Usually while changing gears? 2.some sort of Shaking Rings noise from Engine , was it really mean that the...

The transmission consists chain sprocket assembly, with the smaller sprocket on the engine & a larger one at the rear wheel. The chain stretches and the sprocket teeh keeps getting worn whenever you accellerate or use the engine as a brake to slow down. This play can increase up to 2 inch,. thus on lower gear, higher mechanical advantage, looses since the sprocket of the engine transfers power after that play/gap/time required to tranfer the same power to the rear sprocket result of metal on metal hammer.
Tighten chain at regular intervals and change the chain sprocket if its still the original one. If the bike runs 50+ km in a day and/or at high speed, change the engine oil every 500 to 750 km running i.e. once a month. Whichever comes first. The oil becomes darker & looses it's viscocity(thin). Also after covering so many kms, if the engine oil had been low for that period & running at a good speed you might require a change of piston rings( 1 oversize) and then filed to fit without jamming the piston.........sodeep

i think your issue is while at a steady cruising speed one of the carbs is not allowing steady fuel flow. so when you nail it, you cant hear or feel it. or maybe you can just a bit right when you hit it. one thing you can do short of taking the carbs off and cleaning them is, take the air filter apart and start the bike rev it up high and with a large clean rag shove it into the back of carbs and cut off ALL AIR FLOW.. at the same time, twist throttle wide open. doing this will flood out and kill the engine. but at the same time, it will sometimes clean any debris or grime out of the jets. try it a couple times.. hope this helps.
