2005 Triumph Daytona 650 squeak?

Question edited for clarity and spelling.
Question moved to model category.

This is a situation where you need to hear the noise. In a car it can be slipping belts, or water pumps. On a bike I have heard is as a leak in the exhaust gasket. Hot gases blowing out 'squeaked. Other ideas here, it is a known issue.

I own a triumph 2005 daytona 650.could anyone tell me if the engine light, flashing oil display and oil light being apparent, is normal when turning the key,not actually starting it

Not sure about the 650, but on my 04 Daytona 600, is does the same thing, this is the engine check lights, and oil low lights being checked. IF you tried to start the bike it wouldnt, until this sefl test is complete.

Hope this helps.

Hi, Daytona 650 Is any chance the oil light is on if too much oil there?

Doubtful that is the cause.
Is the sensor faulty? Is there actually pressure there?

Trying to locate the speed sensor on my triumph daytona 650? please help!!!

I have a 2004 955i and mine is on the left hand side of the front axle. It has a jacketed lead coming from it up through the handlebar yokes and then goes through the fairing to the right hand side of the fuel tank. Hope this helps.
