This could be a number of things so we'll start with axles make sure rear axle is torqed down front axle is torqued and pinch bolts are secure then jack front of bike up and see if the steering head has any freeplay if so replace bearings if all is good, remove front tire replace wheel bearings,if you still have the same problem make sure tire is balanced of course if still have tire checked

1998 voyager front tires wobble back and forth when jacked up. Is it tie rod or ball bearing?

If it wobbles with your hands at 9 and 3, its a tie rod end.
If it wobbles with your hands at 12 and 6, its a wheel bearing.

if the wheels not buckled it sounds like wheel bearings. lock the handlebars and see if there is movement to front wheel, left to right.

When driving along it feels like the wheels are wobbling and it shakes the car can you tell me why

if the car is wobbling around 100km per hour, your air pressure is uneven, if if shimmeys all the time you need to rebalance your tires

AT 120KM HR MILD WHEEL SHIMMY AND ALSO FRONT END WOBBLE. HAVE BALANCED AND ROTATED TIRES AND THE FRONT END IS TIGHT. WOBBLE AND SHIMMY IS STILL THERE WITH THE WINTER TIRES ON.

I had the same problem; I had to replace the steering stabilizer and the track bar. There is a technician's service bulletin out about this problem; happens alot with Jeeps. Use aftermarket parts. It's called the "Death Wobble" and you can lose control of the vehicle very easily.

Have the tires been balanced? this can also be caused by a defective tire cord, it is called cord separation.

How do i change from killgrams to miles per hour

Do you mean kilometers to miles ? 1 km = .621 miles
rule of thumb, 100km/hr = 60mph.
80km/hr = 50mph.
