Car vibrates when accelerating, engine light flashing

Clogged fuel pump., bad gas. Clogged fuel filter or injector (s)

engine mounts are bad

To begin with, is your "check engine (CE)" light on? If it was on and now its not, you need to replace the bulb. If CE lights is on, find out the codes before doing anything. If bulb is good and "CE" does not come on, begin with: (1) gapping spark plugs, (2) replace spark plug wires (if haven't changed them within the last 2), then the coil. If your Cinco is still idles rough, adjust gas pedal until idling smoothly. If this still doesn't help, replace your two oxygen sensors. If still running rough, the converter. After doing all this and problem is still present, take it to a mechanic you trust.

You have to find the reason the check engine light is on. This will aid in diagnostics. Also, are you buying fuel at the same place both times?

check everything you can under the hood your air intake system all of it especially make sure all clamps are tight .. and make sure all vacuum hoses are good and not cracking or broken or just loose . you might run a little fuel cleaner through a tank of gas too cleaning the engine fuel system up some. just a few ideas.. sure, that could be it. I would also suspect the fuel filter as well.
