You can pick up a list of fault codes and for a small sum a service manual (PDF version) from this site:
Error Codes Toshiba DP2510
A google search also gave this site:
Toshiba DP2510 Service manual Parts Repair manual download
which shows the manuals you can get from them. It seems to be a different part of the same website as the first link.
I also found this page at the "Manuals Club" which looks like you can get a range of manuals from them,
User Guide Instructions Book Operating Manual Service manual Workshop...
but the top search answers are interesting as none refer to a "Toshiba"!
Like you I have tried and bounced on the Toshiba website.
