61210 code on 2013 Harley Davidson mean.can clear it but comes back on

Swapping to LED on any vehicle that didn't have them as OEM equipment never works despite what sellers tell you. The LED Module create back EMF that confuses the ECM.

not quite sure of what u are saying here, do you mean the code keeps coming back?

if it 0603- its loss of ecm; maybe key was on when ecm was disconnected etc; if its historic clear it, if it comes back look into it; if it doesn't your good; maybe last service tech didn't clear codes after work etc
